By accessing or using Readitics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms.
Readitics provides AI-powered optical character recognition (OCR) to extract structured data from invoice documents. The Service includes a web interface, document history, and API access depending on your plan.

The Service is offered under a Free plan and paid plans ("Pro", "Enterprise"), billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Each plan includes defined monthly document limits, file size limits, and feature access, reset at the start of each billing cycle.
You retain full ownership of the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant Readitics a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service.
The Readitics platform, software, brand, and design are our intellectual property.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that OCR extraction will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before business-critical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readitics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
