  • Documents: invoice files you upload for processing, used solely to perform OCR extraction.
  • Usage data: number of documents processed, timestamps, file sizes, and processing results.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session tokens for authentication.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Readitics service.
  • To authenticate you and manage your account.
  • To process and extract data from your documents.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations).
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.

3. Document Retention

Uploaded documents and their extracted data are stored on our servers and associated with your account. You may delete them at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or documents with third parties, except:

  • With infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) under strict data processing agreements.
  • When required by law or valid legal process.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
